What data may be handled when you visit Tools in a Tab and the choices we have made to keep it to a minimum.

Controller
The controller of this site is Juan Diego Garcia, publishing under the Tools in a Tab brand. For privacy matters, contactprivacy@toolsinatab.com.
What we process and why
Hosting and protecting the site requires technical request data such as IP address, time, requested page and general browser information. Cloudflare processes this to deliver and protect the site and provide aggregate, cookie-free metrics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous identifier, pages visited, referral source and general device and browser information. We use it to understand which content is useful and improve the project. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The tools remain local
Text, files and other data entered into the tools are processed in your browser. They are not sent to a Tools in a Tab backend or intentionally included in Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and aggregate metrics, and Google Analytics only after consent. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their policies. See the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.
Retention
The Google Analytics property retains user and event data for two months and does not reset that period on new activity. Standard aggregate reports may remain available while the property is active. The consent preference is stored for 180 days. Cloudflare retains technical data according to its own security obligations and retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by writing to the address above. You can also withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
